J&R McInnes started because we couldn't find a pet shop that felt personal. Big retailers have the stock, but they don't know your gecko by name or remember what food your bearded dragon refuses to eat.

We're a family operation — Pauline and Daniel — with help from Hondo, our dog who insists on quality-checking every delivery. He takes his role very seriously (treats are his main motivation).

Every product we stock is something we'd use ourselves. We keep the range focused so we can actually advise you on what works. No warehouses, no call centres — just us, happy to help.
